Entertainment : Mangguo TV (芒果TV) announced on its official account that its first domestic AIGC long-form drama series “Journey to the West: After,” has completed its phased production, consisting of 30 episodes of 45 minutes each, totaling approximately 22 hours; director Lee Dong-shun stated that producing AIGC short videos and producing long-form dramas are two entirely different undertakings, with short videos being personalized single-instance generation, while long-form dramas are global consistency engineering involving thousands of frames, requiring the assurance of zero-error consistency in character imagery and narrative logic across extended temporal sequences, Mangguo TV (芒果TV) stated that this attempt aims to forge a standardized production pathway for AIGC long-form drama series for the industry, and expressed that a new journey to the scriptures is about to commence.
