Zhongzhi Kechuang (中知科创（北京）技术有限公司) is the operating company of the China Digital Human Intellectual Property Evidence-Preservation Platform (中国数字人知识产权存证保护平台), a piece of digital-human industry infrastructure launched in Dongguan on 17 June 2023 and jointly initiated by the Intellectual Property Publishing House of the China National Intellectual Property Administration together with the People’s Animation digital-ecosystem service platform, the Hangzhou International Digital Trading Center and Huiwen Media. The platform registers and preserves evidence of digital-human IP — the likeness, design and rights chains that the virtual-human industry trades on.
The company itself is a small Haidian-registered vehicle: incorporated on 30 December 2020 as Senshi Technology (森氏科技（北京）有限公司) and renamed in December 2023, with registered capital of RMB 1 million, two insured staff and legal representative Chen Xi (陈西), the intellectual-property practitioner who founded the platform. It holds a portfolio of software copyrights including the digital-life technology R&D system (数字人生技术研发系统, registration 2024SR1947868), plus patent-agency and certification licences in its registered scope. The platform’s operations run through this legal person rather than through the founding institutions, which retain their own separate registrations.
