Zhejiang Netsun Business Treasure Co., Ltd. (浙江网盛生意宝股份有限公司), listed on the Shenzhen exchange as 生意宝, is the Hangzhou B2B e-commerce and industry-portal operator founded by chairman Sun Deliang (孙德良) on 7 August 2000 (known until 2008 as 浙江网盛科技股份有限公司), running chemical, pharmaceutical and commodity portals from its Wangsheng Tower headquarters in Binjiang.
Its digital-human line is the Wangsheng Tower AI Digital Human Livestream Base, launched in July 2023 with its own Baidu Baike entry: a SaaS platform combining hyper-realistic digital-human content generation with cloud services, offering digital-human AI livestreaming and avatar customization deployable across Douyin, Kuaishou, Taobao Live, JD Live, WeChat Channels, Bilibili and Xiaohongshu. The company told the investor interaction platform in July 2023 that the base is a digital-human livestream integration service incorporating ChatGPT technology, and in May 2025 the A-share “virtual digital human” concept tag was added to the stock on the strength of the base. At the fourth Global Digital Trade Expo in Hangzhou the company integrated virtual anchors with shared live-studio infrastructure to scale commercial broadcasting for bulk-commodity e-commerce.
