Yixin Group (易鑫) is an AI-driven automotive finance platform founded in 2014 and listed in Hong Kong since November 2017, running an online automobile finance transaction platform alongside a self-operated financing business. The listed vehicle is Cayman-incorporated and holds no mainland registration; its mainland operating company is 上海畅途融资租赁有限公司, registered on 12 August 2014 and known until around April 2025 as 上海易鑫融资租赁有限公司, which issues bonds through the Shanghai Stock Exchange platform. Tencent is its controlling shareholder.
Its digital human is the interface to the product rather than a marketing device. It launched what it describes as China’s first automotive finance AI all-in-one machine, in which a full-process AI digital human guides users through pre-approval, information capture and the rest of the service flow. At the 2026 World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit it announced plans to open-source its AI infrastructure, following the release of what it calls the industry’s first Agentic large model.
