Xiongan Xingyuan Technology (雄安兴元科技有限公司) is a company located in the Xiongan Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, an extension of Beijing’s innovation ecosystem inside the Xiongan New Area rather than a Hebei-native cluster. Its registration number is 133100000044159 and its 133100 division is the Xiongan New Area’s own code. Its founder and chief executive is 巩文通, who in August 2026 was elected to the council of the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Strategy Research Society and appointed a council member of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Entrepreneurs Alliance robotics industry chain alliance.
It is a digital human producer, and AI digital humans are one of its declared research areas rather than a project it joined. The Xiongan New Area’s own public accounts describe it as a high-technology enterprise specialising in metaverse spatial technology development, artificial intelligence, AI digital humans, and humanoid and exoskeleton robotics. Its own account states that it works in VR large-space, AI digital humans and intelligent interactive simulation, developing several of its products in house — among them a self-developed omnidirectional walking platform.
Its named product is Xingyuan Xingjing (兴元兴境), a VR large-space immersive development platform, which won an excellence award at the Xiongan New Area’s seventh Zhihui Weilai innovation and entrepreneurship competition in August 2026. The platform is positioned for digital city, cultural tourism and study travel, government and enterprise exhibition halls, and science education applications.
Its digital human work reaches the public through elderly care. On 27 August 2024 it signed a three-way strategic cooperation agreement with Smart Health (Xiongan) Elderly Care Services (智慧康（雄安）养老服务有限公司) and Xiongan Miaoxin Biotechnology (雄安淼鑫生物科技有限公司), assembling a chain running from reagent development through digital technology to terminal channels: Miaoxin supplies screening reagents to pharmacies, and Xingyuan supplies the digital technology to Smart Health and builds the AI digital humans that answer users’ health questions. The agreement was the first documented instance in Hebei of digital human technology being formally directed at elder care, a policy-sensitive domain, and the three companies took the combined offer to the 2024 Ningxia Elderly Care Service Industry Expo alongside metaverse and virtual reality technology. The grouping has since been described as a 数字-health-elderly care-supply chain-think tank service system.
