Xiong’an Digital City Technology (中国雄安集团数字城市科技有限公司), the wholly-owned digital-city subsidiary of China Xiong’an Group, was established on 15 December 2017 with registered capital of RMB 1 billion and legal representative Liu Xin (刘欣). It is the principal builder of the informational layer of the Xiong’an New Area — the city where the digital twin is constructed in step with the physical one: over a million sensing terminals, more than 500 kilometres of digital roads and 130 kilometres of digital utility corridors feed the city computing centre’s twin platform. The company also runs an embodied-intelligence training ground where service robots learn reception and guided-tour work, profiled by Xinhua and People’s Daily in mid-2026.

At the 9th Digital China Construction Summit (April–May 2026, Fuzhou), the company launched its Super Digital Human (超级数字人) under Hebei province’s results showcase — a digital human intended to anchor a city-level AI architecture, giving the twin city a conversational front end. The record covers the operating company; the parent group itself holds no digital-human work of its own.
