WiseDiag (杭州智诊科技有限公司, brand 智诊科技) is a Hangzhou medical artificial-intelligence company founded in June 2023 that builds the WiseDiag medical large model and the products on top of it: the WiseClaw medical agent platform for institutions and the consumer health app Haoban AI (好伴AI). Haoban AI, first released in May 2024, combines 24-hour health consultation, checkup-report interpretation and personal health records with doctor digital avatars (数字分身) — the company’s expert-avatar system turns the knowledge and experience of tertiary-hospital specialists into AI avatars that consult with users, and more than 2,000 specialists have been cloned this way. In August 2026 it launched a Haoban AI disability-health expert avatar with the Zhejiang Disabled Persons’ Welfare Foundation, and at the Fifth Global Digital Trade Expo in Hangzhou it showed an AI doctor system that brings the expert avatars to large screens for real-time consultation with visitors. Haoban AI reports service across more than 300 hospitals and over a million registered users.
