Will Metaverse Technology (威尔元宇宙科技（哈尔滨）有限公司) is the metaverse products arm of Harbin VR company iWill Technology (哈尔滨爱威尔科技有限公司), which holds it wholly; the two share legal representative Li Wenhao (李文昊). Incorporated on 15 December 2016 as Harbin Weier Xingkong Technology (哈尔滨维尔星空科技有限公司), it took its current name in the group’s metaverse pivot, and is registered in the Harbin high-tech zone with registered capital of eight million yuan.
