Vobile Group (阜博集团, HKEX:03738) is a Chinese-founded, Hong Kong-listed company providing rights protection, rights confirmation and monetisation services for video and digital content. On 17 September 2026 it launched SeeBay in Wenzhou, an ‘AI content creation + IP asset monetisation’ platform whose capabilities include AI digital-human licensing alongside AI content creation, IP operation, computing infrastructure, rights confirmation and global trading, with its Vobile MAX service handling rights confirmation, operation and trading for AI content. Since 2023 it has run a digital-human copyright confirmation and protection programme with the China Copyright Protection Center and Zhejiang University’s College of Media and International Culture, aimed at registering and protecting rights in digital humans. It also provides watermarking and blockchain-tracing anti-piracy services for AI short dramas.
