Tuoshi Technology Group (拓世科技集团; legal entity 拓世科技集团有限公司, formerly 拓世科技有限公司) is a Nanchang-based artificial intelligence and big data group founded on 26 October 2021 and registered with the Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone market regulator. Its legal representative is 李火亮 (Li Huoliang), following a recent change from 谢志新, and its registered capital is 100 million yuan. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise headquartered in Nanchang with research and development centres in Beijing, Shenzhen and Wuhan, and its stated service domains span financial technology, smart education, smart healthcare, smart energy, smart governance, public security, and a metaverse and digital human segment.
Its position in the digital human value chain is as a producer, selling both the platform and the hardware. In June 2023 the group’s operating entity 江西拓世智能科技股份有限公司 signed an “AI 数字+” strategic cooperation agreement with Ganshang Media (赣商传媒), the Ganshang magazine arm of the Jiangxi Daily Press Group, to jointly launch a product line spanning AI digital humans, Tuoshi GPT, digital collectibles, digital entertainment, holographic projection and digital life cloning (数字生命克隆).
Its clearest deployments are the Tuoshi Fabao AI Intelligent Digital Human All-in-One machine and scenic kiosk line, used to place historical-figure avatars at cultural tourism sites — Yang Yuhuan (杨玉环) at Xi’an’s Huaqing Palace, the White Snake at Hangzhou’s Leifeng Pagoda, and Princess Wencheng at the Potala Palace — each integrated with local ticketing and interpretation knowledge bases. The same all-in-one line has been deployed in library reading areas.
