Tianjin Lingjing Zhiyou Technology (天津灵境智游科技有限公司) was established on 16 June 2023 and is registered in Tianjin’s Nankai District, with 张楠 as legal representative. It is one of the first companies to enter the Tiankai Higher Education Sci-Tech Innovation Park (天开高教科创园), Tianjin’s university-spin-out district, and it is described there as a Tianjin University project.
Its position in the digital human value chain is as a producer, and its own material puts the digital human beside AR rather than behind it. The company describes itself as combining AIGC digital humans, machine learning, AI and augmented reality into a single offer aimed at cultural-tourism integration, science-education study travel and exhibition display, and it presents itself as the country’s first AR real-scene tour platform, built on a self-developed AR SaaS platform. Its product list, as given by the Nankai district account that profiled it, runs across whole-region tourism, guochao cultural creative work, red-heritage party-building, science-education study travel and AI digital humans.
Its platform is named. In the Tianjin division of the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, held as the 2023 Tiankai Star competition, the company was listed for an excellence award in the new-generation information technology category with the project “AI digital human + AR digitalised cultural tourism SaaS platform” (AI数字人+AR数字化文旅SaaS平台). It has also built a Tianjin cultural-tourism digital map on AR, and immediately before the 2024 Spring Festival it launched the Qimiao Quyou (奇妙趣游) mini-program for scenic-area visits, which was picked up in front-page Tianjin Daily coverage of the park and in a Tianjin Radio and Television news segment. Its named staff in that coverage are 唐文轩, who appeared on the television programme, and a manager, 车轩. It joined the Tianjin Software Industry Association in November 2023.
One account arrives from a different direction: the Tianjin timeline records it in August 2024 as a company developing digital human products for electronic commerce and livestreaming, cited in a Xinhua report on AI digital human commerce. Every account of the company published around it in Tianjin describes cultural tourism and study travel instead, so the two descriptions are recorded here side by side rather than merged.
