NeuralFin (突触科技) is the Hong Kong AI fintech venture of DL Holdings Group (德林控股集团有限公司, HKEX 1709). Its operating company, 突觸科技有限公司 / Neuralfin Technology Limited, was incorporated in Hong Kong on 17 February 2025 under the name 突觸點科技有限公司 / Neuralfin-tech Limited, and took its present name on 25 February 2025. A voluntary announcement by DL Holdings the day before had said that an existing subsidiary, 德林數字家族辦公室（香港）有限公司 (DL Digital Family Office (HK) Limited), would be renamed to 突觸科技有限公司; the Companies Registry instead shows the name going to the newly incorporated company. The announcement gave the board’s reason for the choice — 突觸, synapse, as the unit of neural weighting from which machine intelligence is built.
The group places NeuralFin under DL Digital Family Office, its Cayman-incorporated family-office holding vehicle. On 31 March 2025 DL Holdings agreed to sell 3,152 shares in that vehicle, about 28% of its issued share capital, to GPTX Tech-Driven LPF, C Capital AI Limited and Shuren Education Limited for approximately US$9.8 million — implying a valuation of roughly US$35 million — and transferred a further 25% to an employee share ownership platform, reducing its own holding from about 88.8% to about 35.8%.
The company focuses on building an AI- and digital human-driven financial community, offering global asset allocation, premium investment services, and personalized financial education. Users can create custom digital human avatars to help them learn investment strategies and manage wealth. The firm also supports licensed fund manager digitization, family office services, and interactive virtual agents tailored for content creators and customers, aiming to democratize access to high-end financial tools. Trading on the platform is executed through DL Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, a corporation licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
