Shuaiqian Technology (帅签科技), registered as Shanghai Shuaiqian Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海帅签信息科技有限公司) in July 2019 in Putuo District, Shanghai, is a high-tech SME led by general manager Sun Yuefei (孙跃飞). Its products include the 帅签 electronic-signature and contract system and the 薪匠 AI payroll system, and under the 灵狮 brand an AI companion digital human for elders with cognitive impairment. With the Shanghai No.1 Social Welfare Institute it built digital companions personally customised for residents of the institute’s dementia-care unit: each digital human reproduces the appearance and voice of the caregiver the resident trusts most, runs on a general large model with built-in reminiscence and cognitive-therapy techniques and conversational safety boundaries, and flags risk signs, such as a resident saying they want to go out, to staff as alerts. The project won a bronze award at the 2026 Shanghai elderly-care technology innovation competition.
