Shenzhen Shifang Ronghai Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳十方融海科技有限公司), known abroad as Tenclass, is a digital-skills-education and AI company established in 2016 in Nanshan, Shenzhen, with legal representative Huang Guan (黄冠), national high-tech enterprise status (2025), an A-grade taxpayer rating and strategic investment on record; its education platforms taught digital skills at scale before the company pivoted hard into emotional AI.

Its digital-human line runs on Xiaozhi AI (小智AI), a multimodal emotional-interaction system with millisecond real-time feedback, high-fidelity voiceprint cloning and a seven-dimension social-relationship model. The system powered the National Games “AI avatar” that broke out in late 2025 — “AI Momo,” an athlete’s digital double commissioned by her parents through an authorized merchant, delivering personal encouragement in the athlete’s own voice, covered by Jingchu Net and financial media and recorded by the corpus (december-2025) as an avatar-tooling case where intent signals drive digital-human behavior. In parallel the company open-sourced the Xiaozhi AI interaction platform (operated by subsidiary 深圳威科未来科技): a national-model-plus-open-protocol-plus-hardware stack that by 2026 counted some two million connected devices, over one hundred thousand developers and twenty-seven thousand GitHub stars, seeding voice-interactive personas into smart toys, education hardware and robots.
