Southern Net’s tour of the Games’ technology led with the platform’s built-in digital human: an AI customer-service layer offering event enquiries, venue guidance and a Cantonese-teaching module as the Guangzhou signature, presented as an accessibility- and inclusion-oriented service layer for large public events.
