Shanghai Bilibili Technology (上海哔哩哔哩科技有限公司) is Bilibili’s principal mainland operating company — established in December 2016 in Yangpu, Shanghai, as a wholly Hong Kong-invested subsidiary with USD 2.5 billion registered capital, legal representative Zheng Binwei (郑彬炜) — and the legal person holding the group’s landmark virtual-human rights asset. On 2 September 2026 the Shanghai Intellectual Property Office issued it the data-product intellectual-property registration certificate for the “Luo Tianyi audio dataset” (洛天依音频数据集), the first such registration in China for a fully virtual human’s audio data product, formed from the virtual singer’s signature voice data through collection, annotation and tuning (新华社). Coverage frames the registration as moving rights confirmation forward at a time when a virtual human’s voice can be trained and cloned from published audio, and as a reference path for protecting virtual-human voice assets.

Luo Tianyi (洛天依), launched in Shanghai in 2012, is the flagship Chinese virtual singer under Bilibili (哔哩哔哩), and the group’s Vsinger business continues to present her as a case of digital technology enabling content creation and traditional-culture programming. The Shanghai entity’s declared businesses span information-technology development, advertising and performance brokerage, which places both the virtual-singer operation and its newly registered data asset inside this legal person rather than the US- and HK-listed group company.
