Shaanxi Digital Performing Arts Technology Co., Ltd. (陕西数字演艺科技有限公司), short-formed 数字陕演, is the digital-transformation subsidiary of the Shaanxi Performing Arts Group (陕西演艺集团), a provincial state-owned culture enterprise under the Shaanxi Party propaganda department. Established on 1 November 2022 in Xi’an with registered capital of RMB 5 million and legal representative Zhang Jun (张军), it runs the group’s digitalization lines — the Yunyou Shaanyan (云游陕演) platform, the group’s ticketing centre, an Yishu Space (艺数空间) metaverse customization service and a smart-theatre full-scenario solution that People’s Daily covered as a template for digitalizing performance venues.
At the 22nd China International Cultural Industries Fair in May 2026 the company presented Qin Qiaoqiao (秦瞧瞧), the Shaanxi pavilion’s AI digital human, which technical director Wei Shuai (魏帅) described to Huashang Daily as the company’s fourth AI digital human IP for the cultural-tourism track, built on a matrix of earlier benchmark digital characters including ones aimed at culture export; Shaanxi Daily’s coverage of the fair profiled the same digital-human line alongside a tourism recommendation officer named Xiaoyu (小榆) offering round-the-clock cultural-tourism services.
