Qianxun Holdings (谦寻控股; legal entity 谦寻（杭州）控股有限责任公司) is a Hangzhou Binjiang-based livestream e-commerce holding company established on 31 October 2019 and registered with the Hangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Binjiang) market regulator. Its legal representative and chairman is 董海锋 (Dong Haifeng), and it files under 浙ICP备20002512号. It is the holding company behind top livestream host Viya (薇娅) and describes itself as a digital-commerce ecosystem built on digitalisation, platform operation and internationalisation, covering livestream services and supply-chain services. Its MCN operation carries some forty hosts, among them 小侨Jofay, 张沫凡MOMO and 深夜徐老师, and runs through the separately registered 谦寻（杭州）文化传媒有限公司, which dates to February 2017 — the holding company above it was formed later, in 2019.
Its position in the digital human value chain is as a channel that resells digital human anchors rather than as a builder of them. In August 2023 it launched an AI digital human livestreaming service, positioned by Dong Haifeng around brand store-broadcast rather than star-anchor replacement — the pitch being that a brand wants “the next you”, not the next Viya. The offering uses real-person facial capture in preference to synthetic faces, on the reasoning that viewers abandon an anchor that reads as obviously fake, and it is delivered in partnership with Nanjing Guiji Intelligent (南京硅基智能) for the interaction layer, which digital human livestream selling depends on. Service fees were reported in the range of 5,000 to 20,000 yuan per month, against the cost of engaging human hosts or running an in-house studio.
By late 2025 Qianxun was appearing in industry coverage among the companies packaging digital human anchors into repeatable “AI MCN” operating models that export livestreaming methodology as a deployable solution, alongside China Education Online (中国教育在线), Keyi Cloud (客易云) and Yizhi Technology (一知科技).
