PCI Technology Group (佳都科技集团股份有限公司) is a Guangzhou AI and rail-transit technology company, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange as 600728 and incorporated as a legal person on 30 September 2001 (the group traces to 1992; the listed entity’s former name was 佳都新太科技股份有限公司). Its digital-human work rides on the self-developed Zhixing transport large model (知行交通大模型), released in June 2023 together with Xiaojia (小佳), a metro virtual digital employee positioned as a thinking service persona for stations. Metro intelligent customer-service digital humans on the model went into pilot at Changsha Metro Line 6 stations including Huanghua Airport, where the company says the digital human can take over about 85 percent of manual ticketing work, handling lost-and-found, wayfinding and ticket business in conversation.
