Neutech Group (东软睿新科技集团有限公司), listed in Hong Kong as 9616 and known until its renaming as Neusoft Education Technology Group (东软教育科技集团有限公司), is the education arm of the Neusoft ecosystem — founded by Liu Jiren (刘积仁), headquartered in Dalian, listed on 29 September 2020, and positioned today around an “education + technology + medical care” portfolio spanning IT higher education, continuing education and health-and-wellness services. Its trading name is now 东软睿新集团, and its mainland operating vehicle is Dalian Neutech Group (大连东软睿新科技集团有限公司, established 2019 under Wen Tao 温涛).
Digital humans anchor its education-metaverse line in two forms. Its self-developed platform lets users build education agents on 3D digital humans — persona, prompts and motion configured into metaverse teaching spaces that answer, perform, interact and operate as what the group calls a composite metaverse agent. And with Dalian Neusoft University of Information it co-built the education-metaverse virtual anatomy laboratory (元宇宙医疗数字人解剖实验室), a medical digital human constructed from real human CT data that the partners present as a domestic first in health-science teaching, alongside a life-and-health metaverse science museum. The group showed the anatomy laboratory publicly as early as the June 2022 Dalian metaverse showcase.
