Digital employee in industry and infrastructure

The National Centre for the Performing Arts (国家大剧院), at 2 West Chang’an Avenue in Beijing’s Xicheng district, is a public institution and China’s national performing-arts centre.

Its mascot Art Goose (Art鹅), chosen in 2019 from nearly a thousand entries, was upgraded into a 3D virtual employee with Baidu’s Xiling digital-human platform and introduced in December 2022 for the centre’s fifteenth anniversary; FanTuo Digital Creation supplied prototype design, modelling, hair and cloth simulation and rigging. Art Goose works across the centre’s online platforms and its venues.
