Moore Threads (摩尔线程) is a Beijing GPU designer and one of the few domestic suppliers of the graphics compute that real-time digital humans depend on. Founded in June 2020 and registered in Beijing’s Haidian district under 张建中 (Zhang Jianzhong), it develops the MUSA software stack alongside its own GPUs and holds an annual MUSA developer conference.
Its place in the value chain is as a supplier rather than a producer. In collaboration with Shiyou Technology (世优科技) it released a fully domestic “digital human full-stack solution” spanning real-time digital humans, AI agents and metaverse infrastructure, presented as an end-to-end Chinese technology stack in which supply-chain localisation is the differentiator.
