Magics Technology (迈吉客科技（北京）有限公司), branded AppMagics, is a Zhongguancun frontier-technology and national high-tech enterprise founded in December 2014 by Fu Yingna (伏英娜), a serial entrepreneur who sold her mobile-software company MoGenesis to Nokia in 2007 and later worked at Nokia and Microsoft before returning to found the company. Its self-developed Magics engine applies AI algorithms to computer-vision mixed reality, fusing virtual and real scenes with real-time interaction control — the AI+CG combination the company has applied to intelligent digital humans since well before the current wave.
The company sells what it describes as the industry’s first fully intelligent virtual anchor (全智能虚拟主播), combining expressive real-time animation with brand knowledge bases and category knowledge graphs for multimodal interaction, along with customisable intelligent digital humans — brand IPs and digital employees — delivered as a SaaS product matrix for short-video production, intelligent virtual livestreaming and service robots. A June 2023 Haidian district government profile describes it as an innovation “factory” for digital-intelligent humans (数智人) focused on cross-modal intelligent generation. Registered capital is RMB 4.154 million, fully paid in, with the registered seat in Haidian and offices in the Dongsheng science park in Changping.
