Its position is as a platform carrier: it distributes AI anchors across its own channels to an audience. 湖南经视 has put the AI anchors Shengsheng (声声) and Shuangshuang (双双) into news broadcasting, paired with human presenters and labelled as AI-generated throughout, with the machines taking scheduled bulletins and weather while human reporters keep the longer public-affairs work.

The group states that the anchors run on its own 芒果大模型, which it says has incubated more than eighty agents across over thirty programmes and cut single-item production cost by roughly ninety per cent. That the model is self-developed is the group’s own account; no independent source confirms it, so the carrying is established here and the authorship is not.
