Hubei Preschool Teachers College (湖北幼儿师范高等专科学校), registered together with the Hubei Kindergarten Teacher Training Centre (湖北省幼儿教师培训中心) and run under the Hubei Education Department, built its own digital-human teachers.

Its School of Artificial Intelligence planned and launched 小乔老师, who in June 2024 began round-the-clock livestreams on the school’s Douyin account, introducing the college and answering applicants’ questions from the comments; in 2025 a second digital-human teacher, 楚瑜老师, joined her. 小乔老师 was named one of the 2025 metaverse typical cases for digital humans.
