Hefei Tongxu Smart Technology Co., Ltd. A wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Tongxu Electronics (上海统旭电子有限公司, LCD display equipment since 2003), it holds national high-tech enterprise status and both provincial Specialized-and-New SME and national “Little Giant” designations, producing smart display screens, smart transportation equipment and AI device assembly.
Its digital-human line fuses that display hardware with self-developed AI algorithms for real-time facial modeling and lip synchronization, putting production-grade interactive digital humans on near-two-metre screens: provincial press in September 2025 described a lifelike AI digital human on its displays answering questions fluently, with deployments in culture-tourism, education and commercial venues, and Hefei city media has featured the company within the city’s digital-human industry cluster. An expo-oriented “Yellow River and Nile” digital-human co-creation video with synthetic narration used the same production stack for public-diplomacy content.
