Hebei Radio and Television Station (河北广播电视台), the provincial broadcaster in Shijiazhuang, builds its own digital humans.

It developed the original 3D digital human 冀小佳 and 2D digital doubles of real presenters for interactive question answering and video broadcasts, and its virtual digital-human technology application won a second prize at the national radio and television regulator’s third AI application innovation competition, announced in January 2024. Its digital-human specialist used Noitom motion-capture suits to stage a digital-human dance for one of its programmes.
