Guosen Securities (国信证券股份有限公司), the Shenzhen-listed brokerage (SZSE:002736), is one of the securities industry’s heavier digital human deployers. By October 2024 it had rolled out twenty-three AI digital humans and generated 1,292 digital human videos, moving short-video production from manual editing to script-in, video-out intelligent generation; by mid-2025 its digital human technology covered five scenarios — investment-advisor digital human IPs inside its Jintaiyang (金太阳) app, the enterprise-WeChat material library, its WeChat video channel, branch-hall screens, and offline report events — linking online and offline client service. The avatars themselves come from a vendor: listed education-technology firm Fangzhi Technology (方直科技) disclosed winning the bank’s 2023 investment-advisor digital human avatar (投顾数字人分身) project to supply the digital human product and services. Guosen’s Fourteenth Five-Year fintech programme, with annual IT spending grown past 1.3 billion yuan, folds the digital human work into its advisory platform alongside the “Xin Investment-Advisor AI Assistant”, and sector coverage names the firm with CICC, Huatai, GF and Guotai Haitong in the brokerage wave that followed analyst AI avatars with Skill-based research products.
