Guizhou Shuzhi Culture Technology (贵州省数智文化科技有限公司) was established on 31 May 2023 and is registered in Guiyang’s Guanshanhu District, with 任德文 as legal representative. It was created by Guizhou Cultural Performing Arts Group (贵州文化演艺集团) as a vehicle for the group’s digital transformation, with a mandate to develop virtual digital humans for cultural and tourism applications, using the Piaoliang (票亮) provincial performing-arts ticketing platform as the foundation for virtual anchors, guided tour narration and digital cultural creative products.
Its position in the digital human value chain is as a producer. From July 2023 it published Digital Person Wang Yangming (数字人王阳明), a real-time rendered AI virtual digital human modelled on the Ming dynasty philosopher who experienced his Enlightenment at Longchang while exiled in Guizhou, sharing Yangming School of Mind philosophy online in a self-narrated first-person format. The initiative generated nearly ten million yuan in revenue within the company’s first seven months of operation — unusually clear evidence that a culturally grounded AI character can carry a commercial business rather than a demonstration.
Its ownership is mixed and has been in motion. A listing at the Guizhou Sunshine Equity Exchange (贵州阳光产权交易所), the province’s state-designated property-rights exchange, offers 45 percent of the company and records registered capital of 20 million yuan against shareholdings of 30 percent to 贵州省演出有限责任公司, 30 percent to 贵州鸿瑞恒环保科技有限公司, 25 percent to 贵州青松点科技开发有限公司 and 15 percent to 贵州文化演艺集团有限责任公司 — so the parent group’s direct holding is a minority, and the “subsidiary” relation the provincial timeline describes runs through the group’s performing-arts company as much as through the group itself. The company’s own recruitment material describes it as formerly a first-tier mixed-ownership enterprise under the group and now converted to a wholly private technology enterprise.
