Guizhou Angela Visual (安洁拉视觉; legal entity 贵州省安洁拉视觉科技有限公司) was established in August 2022 with registered capital of one million yuan and 董博 as legal representative, at the Guiyang Impression City shopping centre in 云岩区 — the 520103 division carried in its code. Its majority shareholder is 海南普罗劳安洁拉投资合伙企业（有限合伙）, and Prometheus Vision (珠海普罗米修斯视觉技术有限公司), one of the few Chinese holders of volumetric video technology, holds a minority stake.
It is a digital human producer, and its production is a place rather than a product line. In September 2022 it inaugurated the Metaverse Digital Virtual Human Shooting Base (元宇宙数字虚拟人拍摄基地) at Guiyang Impression City, equipping a studio with more than eighty cameras in a 360-degree volumetric capture array; by April 2023 the array had passed one hundred units. It was the province’s first permanent digital human production facility and remains its only dedicated volumetric capture venue.
What the base changed is the price of a digital human, not the technique. Conventional digital modelling was quoted at tens of thousands of yuan per second of footage; the base generates a lifelike three-dimensional digital human avatar of a walk-in subject in roughly ten to fifteen minutes for a few hundred yuan. That moves volumetric capture from a professional service into a consumer one, and the company sells into both markets — dance and sports instruction, medical training, university recruitment material, consumer digital assets, and brand work with several Guizhou liquor producers.
Its founder 董博 came to the business from Beihang University’s School of Software, and the venture was backed by that school’s founding dean.
