Fuzhou Dahua Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (福州达华智能科技股份有限公司) is a Shenzhen-listed (SZSE:002512) communications and smart-screen company established on 10 August 1993 — originally a Zhongshan smart-card maker, now Fuzhou-seated under Fujian state-linked ownership — with legal representative Zeng Zhongcheng (曾忠诚) and registered capital of about RMB 1.1 billion, organized around a “one network, one screen” strategy spanning satellite/communication networks and digital screens.
Its digital-human work rides the screen line. With 星汉智能 (under Fujian Big Data Group) it launched the Xingkeno (星科诺) mobile smart-screen series at the eighth Digital China Summit in April 2025, and by June 2025 was exhibiting a mobile AI digital-human product in the summit’s Fuzhou pavilion: a transparent interactive screen integrated with AGV autonomous navigation, letting the digital human cruise exhibition halls and serve visitors across scenes — the launch that earned the company the financial-data-provider’s “virtual digital human” concept inclusion.
