FESCO Digital Technology (北京外企数字科技有限责任公司), known as Waiqi Shuke (外企数科), is the digital-technology company of the FESCO human-resources group, registered on 9 December 2022 in Chaoyang district (initially as 北京外企数字科技有限公司) with legal representative Wei Bosong (韦柏松), ultimately state-controlled through the listed Beijing International Human Capital Group (北京人力).
It operates the Digital Partner Alliance (数字伙伴联盟), a roster of five named digital humans deployed at the China International Fair for Trade in Services every year since 2024: employee-service adviser HR Xiaojiejie (HR小姐姐), corporate digital ambassador Aili (爱力), gold-medal interviewer Andi (安迪), policy-interpretation expert Zhengduoduo (政多多) and smart party-building presenter Chuxin (初欣), providing real-time professional dialogue for HR business handling and policy consultation as the visible layer of FESCO’s AI-plus-human-resources service ecosystem. The avatars were built with the hyperreal digital-human company Shuzi Xusheng (数字栩生); the listed parent’s April 2025 disclosure credits Waiqi Shuke with the products, and in October 2024 the company signed an AI cooperation agreement with Kunlun Tech (昆仑万维) whose announcement records its registration.
