Digital humans are the front end of two of its products. Its AI traditional Chinese medicine four-diagnosis device uses a virtual digital human to interpret test reports automatically, and has been installed in banks, communities and pharmacies in Guangdong, Anhui, Guizhou and other provinces. Its own large model, 知纬解语, completed its generative-AI registration with the Cyberspace Administration in June 2025.
