Chongqing Bola Smart Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (重庆博拉智算科技有限公司) is the AI and digital-human arm of listed digital-marketing group Bolaa Network (博拉网络股份有限公司), established on 18 March 2024 in Liangjiang New Area with legal representative Cao Jing (曹靖), registered capital of about RMB 7.9 million, high-tech enterprise status (2025) and Pre-A/A-round funding on record. Its Haoee (好易智算) one-stop AI platform, launched in May 2024, pairs GPU compute rental with an AI application market and community, and carries the group’s digital-human production line: customizable avatar likeness, motion, voice and wardrobe built on face keypoint detection, animation generation and phoneme matching, with one-click virtual-anchor face swap and multi-language live translation.
Deployments run from government ceremony to local-life commerce. Its digital human presented the data review at Chongqing’s 2025 March-8 International Women’s Day commemoration, “reading out” the municipal women’s federation year in the event’s opening chapter, and the Liangjiang New Area converged-media lab signed a cooperation agreement with the company in late 2024 for overseas marketing and video digitalization. On the commerce side it combines top-tier Kuaishou and Douyin local-services credentials with AI video generation and digital humans for catering, tourism and lifestyle clients — work Kuaishou recognized with three platform awards in 2025 — while the group’s Bola AI video base runs cross-border e-commerce livestreaming. The earlier group vehicle 博拉智科(重庆)数字技术有限公司 carried Bolaa’s first metaverse and digital-human exploration from 2020; the group’s separate capital vehicle 博拉数字人(重庆)科技有限公司 figures in Xunyou Technology share-auction structures and carries no attested digital-human operations of its own.
