China Mobile Jiangsu (中国移动通信集团江苏有限公司) is the provincial company of China Mobile, registered at province level with 李锋 as legal representative. Its registered name carries the full 通信集团 form, which its own verified Weibo accounts print and which the shorter 中国移动江苏公司 in circulation does not.
Its position is as a platform carrier: the digital humans run on services it operates for other parties, and it does not present itself as their builder. It incorporated digital humans into a volunteer enterprise service programme, using them across 124 online and offline policy interpretation sessions and industry forums for business clients.
