China Merchants Bank (招商银行) is a Chinese joint-stock commercial bank founded in Shenzhen in 1987, the first mainland bank wholly held by corporate legal persons, registered at 深南大道7088号招商银行大厦 in Futian and listed in Shanghai since 2002.
