Chengdu Xinglanxing Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (成都星蓝星数字科技有限公司) is a naked-eye-3D holographic display maker established on 4 July 2022 in Chengdu’s Wuhou district, with legal representative and general manager Li Jiaquan (李加泉) and registered capital of RMB 10 million. It develops and mass-produces the Holographic Smart Dazzle Screen (全息智能炫屏) — ultra-dense rotating LED strips exploiting persistence of vision to float lifelike 3D figures in midair without glasses — plus creative visual design for digital culture-tourism.
Its deployments run through Chengdu’s civic validation machinery: the company joined the city’s first intelligent-robot real-scene validation round in June 2025 and the second at the Chengdu Natural History Museum in August 2025, where its holographic screens added midair 3D exhibits (city economic-and-information bureau and Red Star News coverage); by December 2025 the upgraded screens were live at the Jinli ancient street as an “AI + culture-tourism” attraction, and the company has proposed digital-landmark projects with Wuhou Shrine and Jinli to make historical figures “come alive.” The corpus records both the ancient-street scene where a lifelike digital human hovers as a sci-fi visual draw and the company’s naked-eye-3D positioning for experiential content landing (december-2025), and the company appears in Chengdu’s second digital-creative scene list.
