Shuzhi Yunke (北京数智云科信息科技有限公司) is a Beijing company registered on 29 December 2022 in Chaoyang District, with 刘义伟 (Liu Yiwei) as legal representative and registered capital of 2.75 million yuan. It is a subsidiary of Chuangye Heima (创业黑马, SZSE:300688) and is recorded as a high-tech enterprise in 2024 and as a small-and-micro enterprise. Its registered scope covers technology services, technology development, advertising, exhibitions and corporate-image planning. The parent announced the subsidiary in January 2023, which is consistent with a registration completed in the last days of December 2022.

Its position in the digital human value chain is as a supplier, and specifically as the operating company through which its parent’s digital human services are delivered rather than as a producer of digital humans of its own. Chuangye Heima runs China’s first dedicated digital human industrial park in Chaoyang District, designated the Beijing Municipal Digital Human Base (北京市数字人基地), and Shuzhi Yunke is the vehicle for the digital human business conducted there.

In November 2025 a dedicated digital human investment fund was established in Chaoyang District — Beijing Meiling Heima Shuzhiren Venture Capital Partnership (北京梅岭黑马数智人创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）) — with Shuzhi Yunke named as the industry-side contributor beside Plum Ventures (梅花创投) as the social-capital side, in a model that combines fund capital, an industrial park and accelerator services.
