Beijing Jinguan Culture Media Co., Ltd. (北京锦冠文化传媒有限公司) is a Tongzhou-based broadcast-graphics and virtual-production house established on 27 January 2014 under legal representative Zhang Xinyu (张鑫宇), a strategic partner of the international graphics-engine providers Vizrt and Ventuz and a long-time visual-solutions supplier to CCTV’s news channel, where its motion-capture stack combines XSENS body capture with Manus gloves and Faceware facial tracking.

Custom digital-human development is a named line of its business alongside virtual-studio construction and AR/XR/VR integration, and its own showcase carries a portfolio of digital human characters — the Russian-language CHTN channel presenter Alena, a Chinese-opera digital human, and the ONESHOW brand ambassador Xiao Canglan (小苍兰). A corpus-recorded university-enterprise engagement saw the company demonstrate real-time voice-interactive digital humans named after Chen Zi’ang (陈子昂) and Lei Feng (雷锋) together with its virtual-studio offering, and in April 2025 it won a government tender for an AI librarian interaction system, the award notice printing its registration code.
