Flowing Cloud (北京飞天云动科技有限公司) is the mainland operating company of the Hong Kong-listed metaverse group Flowing Cloud Technology (飞天云动, HKEX:6610), a leading supplier in China’s AR/VR content and services market. The business began in 2008 as game developer Zhangzhong Feitian (掌中飞天), pivoted to AR/VR enterprise services in 2015, and listed in Hong Kong on 18 October 2022; this Beijing entity was incorporated on 17 November 2021 in Fengtai District under legal representative Wang Lei (汪磊), with registered capital of 200 million yuan.
The group operates a matrix of its own virtual digital humans and the tooling behind them. Mo Xiaoyu (莫小余) handled online presentations, a digital-human defence and judge interaction at the 2024 Yuhang digital trade fair, where it took a digital-human strength award; Li Haoya (李好鸭) fronts livestream commerce; and the portfolio extends across cultural tourism, education and retail. The same fair showcased FT Live, the group’s fully featured, highly customisable virtual livestream platform spanning stylised and photoreal models — the platform whose large-model-driven 3D virtual digital human broadcast version is credited on the four-ministry 2025 metaverse typical cases list to the group’s Anji, Zhejiang subsidiary, Anji Feitian Yundong Technology (安吉飞天云动科技有限公司), which holds its own record. Flowing Cloud also runs a 3D engine (FT Engine), AIGC image and video processing, motion capture and real-time rendering lines, and was named to the 2025 China VR50 list.
