Feifan Yingjie (北京非凡影界文化传媒股份有限公司), trading as Feifan Media (非凡传媒), is a Beijing Chaoyang digital-image production house incorporated on 9 November 2010, listed on the NEEQ in January 2016 and later delisted. Its service line runs across the film post-production chain — DIT data management, editing, digital-intermediate grading, Dolby Atmos audio, visual effects and virtual production — and business registries list digital-human work (数字人业务) among its main lines of digital-content creation. In February 2021 it introduced Feifei (菲菲), a silver-haired virtual digital human rendered in real time on Unreal Engine 4 and presented as the company’s first virtual digital human.
The company’s recent record carries risk markers from more than one authority: the Beijing bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued it and its then-chairman Wu Jianfeng (吴剑锋) a warning letter in September 2024 for failing to disclose a 2024 interim report, and Beijing Chaoyang’s human-resources bureau named it in a June 2025 public notice of major labour-security violations; business registries also carry dishonest-debtor and consumption-restriction flags.
