Bank of Hangzhou (杭州银行股份有限公司, SSE:600926) is a Hangzhou city commercial bank founded in 1996 and listed in Shanghai in 2016. It created 杭小美 (Hang Xiaomei), a 3D virtual digital human for its customer-service centre, upgraded to version 2.0 in 2023, and in the same year developed in-house a digital-human intelligent Q&A system that pairs a 3D digital human with large-model answering over the bank’s knowledge base.
