Anji Feitian Yundong Technology (安吉飞天云动科技有限公司) is the wholly owned mainland subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed metaverse company Flowing Cloud (飞天云动), incorporated in Anji, Zhejiang on 31 October 2022 — thirteen days after the parent’s Hong Kong listing — under legal representative Wang Lei (汪磊), with its registered contacts on the parent’s flowingcloud.com domain.
The company is the credited developer, on the four-ministry 2025 metaverse typical cases list, of FT Live, a large-model-driven 3D virtual digital human broadcast platform. Press coverage attributes FT Live to the Flowing Cloud brand: at the 2024 Yuhang digital trade fair the group demonstrated the platform as a fully featured, highly customisable virtual livestream system spanning stylised and photoreal models, alongside its virtual digital human Mo Xiaoyu (莫小余), which took a digital-human strength award at the same fair.
