Aida Era Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (合肥艾达纪元科技有限公司) is a generative-AI company established on 6 January 2025 in the Zhong’an Chuanggu science park of the Hefei free-trade zone — formerly 合肥智科数资科技有限公司, which survives as its Zhike Shuzi brand — founded as a University of Science and Technology of China job-related-invention commercialization project under Anhui’s science-results empowerment reform. Founder and chairman Zhou Wenbai (周文柏) is a USTC professor in cyberspace security; the team’s research lineage includes the open-source DeepFaceLab project and a global runner-up finish in Meta’s Deepfake Detection Challenge. Registered capital is RMB 4.72 million, with a seed round closed in January 2026 from Cowin Capital (同创伟业) and Kedagui Valley (科大硅谷).
The company’s “synthetic reality” (合成现实) technology turns IP into film-grade, rights-attributable digital assets, and its flagship output is the Qian Xuesen digital human (数字人钱学森) — presented as the first synthetic-reality digital human, used by CCTV (including a CCTV-10 science-programme feature) and at the Zhongguancun Forum. It supplied the bespoke digital-human system for the cross-time interview programme《遇见自己》, using archival-footage analysis, high-fidelity facial reconstruction and expression re-performance to restore a participant’s younger likeness for on-screen dialogue, and has shown digital-IP asset operation for culture and tourism at provincial industry events.
